›   Learn to manage the gaps between Business Requirements, Technical Requirements

›   Learn how User Requirements Engineering can save unforeseen costs, time and
    efforts in a software development project
›   Learn how to effectively convert Business Needs and User Needs into Interface
    Requirements

Who Should Attend
Business Analysts, Project Managers, Usability Professionals, UX Designers, Onsite Requirements Gathering Team (including Account Managers and Sales), Software Developers and any other professionals responsible for requirements gathering, analysis and user interface definition.

Prerequisites
Primer course (like Module UXD01 Introduction to UXD) or equivalent basic training in UXD is recommended but not compulsory.

This is a two day module spread over one weekend. The first day focuses on building essential skills for interviewing, moderation and observing while gathering User Requirements. The afternoon focuses on gathering business requirements that are relevant to Design, User Profiling and Planning User Research.

2.00 p.m. To 3:30 p.m. - (Lecture and Exercise) Gathering Stakeholders’ Requirements
