Objectives
›   Learn the delivery process for Usability Testing of Websites, Software Applications
    and Mobile Phones
›   Learn how to create user profiles, create test guidelines, recruit users and plan the
  tests
›   Learn how to conduct, manage and analyze results of a Usability Test
›   Get first hand experience of testing with help of demos, live exercises and case
    studies

Who Should Attend
Project Managers, Software Developers, QA / Testing Team Members, UX Designers, Graphic Designers, Product Designers, and any other professionals responsible for user interface testing.

Prerequisites
Primer course (like Module UXD01 Introduction to UXD) or equivalent basic training in UXD is recommended but not compulsory.

			10.30 a.m. To 11.30 a.m. - (Lecture) Delivery Process of Usability Testing
			11.30 a.m. To 1.30 p.m. - (Lecture and Exercise) Techniques and Variations in Usability Tests
			1.30 p.m. To 2.00 p.m. - Lunch Break
			2.00 p.m. To 3:30 p.m. - (Lecture & Exercise) Preparing for a Usability Test
			3.30 p.m. To 3.45 p.m. - Tea Break
			3.45 p.m. To 6.00 p.m. - (Lecture & Exercise) Planning a Usability Test

	11-Jan-09	Sun	The morning of the second day focuses on Conducting Usability Tests. The afternoon focuses on practicing live on users and test cases. The evening focuses on analyzing and reporting test findings.
