several years of international as well as domestic consulting
experience in the field of Design.

› Please note that video recording and photography of the workshops
is strictly prohibited.
› Participants should avoid bringing their laptops, cameras, recorders,
hard disks, storage devices and other portable media due to security
concerns. Participants will have to deposit their media belongings out
side the secured perimeter of Mphasis Facilities.
› Design incubator R&D Labs Pvt Ltd shall try their best to ensure that
the workshops are conducted at the pre-decided time and venue
with the necessary facilities. However, Design Incubator R&D Labs
does not guarantee that the workshop shall be conducted at the
scheduled time and venue with all the necessary facilities.
› In the unlikely event of cancellation / postponement / change
of time / change of venue initiated by Design Incubator R&D Labs,
participants shall be contacted by email or phone numbers provided
by them to inform them of the respective changes.
› In case, Design Incubator R&D Labs Pvt Ltd initiates a cancellation of
the workshops, full payments for the cancelled workshops shall be
refunded to the participants.
› Participants wishing to cancel their reservation shall get a 50%
refund provided cancellations are made by them 10 days prior
to the first day of the first workshop.
› No refunds shall be issued if a participant cancels reservations less
than 10 days before the first day of the first workshop.
› The copyrights of materials used and created during workshops
belong to Design Incubator R&D Labs Pvt Ltd.
