Printed Training Materials
Design Incubator shall provide printed training materials to all participants for their personal use.
Certificates
Design Incubator shall provide a Certificate of Participation to those who attend the entire training. The Certificate shall outline the course work and experience that the participant has been through during the training.

Training Instructor
› Atul N Joshi is the Chief Instructor at Design Incubator’s trainings. He has
several years of international as well as domestic consulting experience in
the field of User Experience Design.
› He is an alumnus of National Institute of Design (India) and a
Communication Design Research Scholar from Fabrica S.p.a., Benetton’s
Communication Design Research Lab (Italy).
› He is also a visiting faculty at National Institute of Design (Ahmedabad),
Industrial Design Centre - I.I.T. (Bombay) and Institute of Design - M.I.T
(Pune). His training for working professionals have benefited several
organizations like TCS, Patni, Mphasis, Cognizant, Rave Technologies,
Lion Bridge, LRN, BMC, Aztech, SNS, Thermax, Gurukul Online, Eco Axis
and more.

Important Notice and Terms
› Please note that audio-video recording and photography of the workshops
is strictly prohibited. Participants should avoid bringing their cameras,
recorders, and other portable media due to security concerns. Participants
will have to deposit their media belongings outside the facilities.
› The copyrights of materials provided, shared or created during the
training belong to Design Incubator R&D Labs Pvt Ltd. Circulation,
distribution or copying of any materialis is strictily prohibited.
› Design Incubator R&D Labs Pvt Ltd shall try their best to ensure that the
workshops are conducted at the pre-decided time and venue with the
necessary facilities.
› In the unlikely event of change in venue / time / facilities initiated by
Design Incubator R&D Labs, participants shall be contacted by email or
phone numbers provided by them to inform them of the respective
changes.
› In the unlikely event that Design Incubator R&D Labs Pvt Ltd initiates a
cancellation of the workshops, full payments for the cancelled workshops
shall be refunded to the participants.
› Participants wishing to cancel their reservation shall get a 50% refund,
provided cancellations are made by them 15 days prior to the first day of
the first workshop.
› No refunds shall be made if a participant cancels reservations less than 15
days before the first day of the first workshop.
› All Participants, on registering, paying or attending Design Incubator's any
training session, undertake that they have read, understood, and agree to
all the Terms and Conditions stated above.
