This workshop focused on learning the practical aspects of user centred requirements gathering, analysis and interpretation.
Participants’ Progress and Learning
Participants’ progress and learning was thoroughly monitored and evaluated during the 2 days of the workshop. Pre and Post workshop tests were conducted to measure the effectiveness of the workshop.

The tests had negative marking for wrong answers, zero marks for not attempting and positive marks for right answers. The pre workshop test average score was 0.22 and the post workshop test average score was 4.56 (both out of 10).
The graph below shows comparison between how participants fared in the pre and post workshop tests.
The average progress of all participants was of 4.34 points out of 10.
Participants' Feedback About the Workshop
The workshop was broken down into 1.5 teaching hour sessions, typically in sequence of the classes conducted from the morning of the first day till the evening of the last day. This workshop had 13 such individually sessions over 16 hours of total teaching time. Participants were asked to rate each session.
The measurement scale was; 'Not Useful = 0', 'Good to know = 1', 'Very Useful = 2' and 'This was Great! = 3'.
The average rating given by participants across all 13 sessions was 2. Most Participants found the workshop "Very Useful".
